About Tomáš Fabian
Tomáš Fabian began his professional career more than 15 years ago at the international law firm Salans. He joined Skanska in 2012 as a legal counsel and steadily advanced to senior leadership roles within the company’s Czech and later regional operations. He was primarily involved in land acquisitions, development project sales, and the strategic management of permitting processes.
In 2017, he relocated to Orlando, USA, where he joined the Business Development team of Skanska’s US Building division, supporting operations across the United States. Upon returning to Europe, he became Head of Legal for the CEE region while also leading key sales processes in the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Romania.
Since 2020, he has served as Executive Vice President Legal Counsel within Skanska’s Commercial Development business unit in the CEE region.
In recognition of his contributions to the industry, Tomáš Fabian was included in the inaugural edition of The 50 Most Influential People in Czech and Slovak Real Estate, officially unveiled on 28 May 2025 at the annual Prague Property Forum conference.
He is also an active member of several professional organisations in the Czech real estate market, including the Association of Developers and the Association for Real Estate Market Development.
